Membership Points

Denmark HOSA provides several opportunities throughout the year to earn Membership Points. In order to track your HOSA Membership Points, make sure you fill out your HOSA tracker after each event! Fill out the form below to get your points marked!

After your first time submitting the form, create a copy of the sheets linked:

After doing so, make sure you update this sheet regularly so that you can count your points and track them yourself! Be sure to update the form here each time you get a point too though, so we can keep track and award members Membership Point awards!
